We wish to help in developing a close and fruitful relationship with your new Country Club and its golf staff. We can think of no better way than to offer a welcome gift for you.
With the purchase of your beautiful new home, you will be presented with sets of his & hers golf clubs along with a lesson each from the host golf professional.
Conditions for the gift:
- Those that do not play golf will receive a comparable gift.
- Minimum price of home to be eligible $400,000. If the home does not meet this requirement, the gift will be negotiated.
- The house must be sold at standard commission rate. If the sale does not meet this requirement, the gift will be negotiated.
- Welcome gift not convertible to cash.
